Clinical Quality and Training Coordinator

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality and Training Coordinator to join our Care Operations team. In this role, the Quality and Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating and administering different training and quality programs within the Clinical Excellence Organization. This person will play a key role in implementing, administering and maintaining these programs, in collaboration with various departments including our Health Coaching, Medical Group, and People Operations teams.
Responsibilities
Support onboarding program maintenance for new health coaches and clinical teams, to ensure program materials and content are maintained and kept up to date
Oversee program logistics, by assisting in the planning, scheduling and execution of coach and RN onboarding programs as well as team specific training and workshops.
Assist in the development of training content and materials, including presentations and job aids (onboarding content, ongoing training, and QA & training communications)
Assist in onboarding program evaluation, collecting feedback from participants to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Maintain and support improvements to the Clinical Excellence curriculum in our internal LMS (Docebo)
Oversee the maintenance of the Clinical Excellence content in our centralized Knowledge Management System (Notion).
90 Day Plan
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
Learn to support and take ownership of Health Coach & RN onboarding program logistics
Assist in the administration and maintenance of Clinical Excellence content within Docebo & Notion
Partner with the Training Program Managers (Health Coach & VMG) to continue to build out onboarding curriculum.
Must-Haves
2+years experience with Learning Management Systems and Knowledge Management Platforms
2+ years coordinating and creating training programs within a People and/or Operations Team
2 + years of managing and maintaining an onboarding (or like)program
Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excels at presentation creation and facilitation skills
Strong technical skills and an interest in new L&D technologies
Knowledge of learning development models (i.e. ADDIE, SAM)
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members to execute multiple priorities
Passion & interest in training & development
Ability to come up with and execute on creative solutions to ambiguous situations

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
