As an Operations Coordinator on the Care Operations team at Virta, you will play a crucial role in supporting Virta’s Health Coach Operations team to ensure we are running as efficiently as possible. This role is essential to ensure our coaches can focus on providing excellent care to our members, with the right tools and support to do their jobs well.
Responsibilities
Support key panel management activities such as new member assignments, coach transitions, and coach coverage including holidays, PTO, etc.
Support supply ordering activities to ensure that members receive supplies in a timely manner. Process returns and submit daily supply orders as needed.
Manage Quality Assurance logistics such as setting up spreadsheets, data entry, etc.
Support new Coach onboarding activities including tool setup, profile creation, progress monitoring, and more.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, like Content or Support, to provide tactical support on time sensitive projects.
Must-Haves
2+ years experience in project management, data analysis, or operations. Experience with employee training or onboarding is a plus.
Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, keeping all stakeholders updated through clear communication.
Detail oriented with ability to document effectively.
Comfortable in fast-paced and rapidly-changing startup environments.
Proficiency with Google sheets and Looker or similar Business Intelligence (BI) tool.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with health coaches and health coach managers.
Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement strategic solutions.
