We’re looking for a Director of Provider Growth and Sales who will lead our team that sells to and expands our partnerships with health systems and provider groups. This is a leadership role on Tomorrow Health’s Go-to-Market team. The Go-to-Market team is responsible for launching our marketplace for home-based care in new geographies. The Go-to-Market team partners with Health Systems, Health Plans, and Home Medical Equipment (DME) Suppliers, as well as internally with our Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Marketing Teams to grow our platform.


In this role you will report to the Vice President of Go-to-Market. You will build and lead a team focused on driving initial and ongoing adoption of our product with a diverse array of providers: from single provider offices to large hospital systems. You will be accountable for provider adoption, engagement, and retention in each new market that we launch.

In your first six months, you will partner with product and marketing to refine our value proposition and customize it for new geographies and provider segments. You will help to lead launches in multiple new markets, including building local teams, defining local strategies, setting targets, developing and maintaining your own pipeline, and tracking and managing performance. You will partner with enable channel partners to augment our efforts. And you will personally lead sales to some of the most strategically important health systems in multiple major markets.


  • Build creative, strategic, segmented, and data-driven strategies to drive provider acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder customer organizations and align diverse teams to build commitment
  • Personally lead strategic customer relationships from initial outreach to long-term partnership, fostering deep connections across all levels and teams within client organizations.
  • Partner with customers to drive workflow changes and expanded product adoption throughout the organization
  • Develop and leverage channel partnerships to unlock and expedite new opportunities
  • Set ambitious goals, develop and maintain effective reporting on progress toward those goals
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve our solution and our positioning through deep customer, competitor, and market understanding
  • Partner with the customer experience team to design support plans and ensure escalated customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively
  • Hire, develop, and performance manage a team of world-class talent


  • 7+ years of experience in sales; 3+ years of provider-facing complex software sales experience, including to health systems; 2+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Growth stage startup experience
  • Deep, trusting relationships with leading health systems
  • Bias for action with demonstrated track record of goal & quota achievement in previous roles
  • Polished communicator, both spoken and written, capable of distilling complex concepts for front-line and executive audiences
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder health system decision-making processes with executive leaders
  • Expert in sales processes and project management, including identification and resolution of issues, development of detailed sales plans, and organization of cross-functional initiatives
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical capabilities, including Google Sheets or Excel

First year target compensation for this position (salary and performance bonus): $300,000/yr, depending on experience and qualifications, plus equity
