You’ll focus heavily on production-driven design and play a pivotal role in growing Beam’s in-house Creative Team.What You’ll Do- Execute high-volume production design across retention, paid, retail, packaging, and marketplace channels- Turn briefs into clean, on-brand creative quickly and accurately- Help keep marketing requests across Beam’s channels moving efficiently- Apply brand guidelines, templates, and systems to keep output consistent and efficient- Partner with marketing and creative leads to prioritize work and hit timelines
