You’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain and fulfillment operations and will support day-to-day execution across purchasing, logistics, and order management. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Finance teams, owning core transactional workflows and execution follow-through across vendors, 3PLs, and retail partners.What You’ll Do- Create and manage purchase orders and vendor confirmations- Book and coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments- Partner with 3PL and fulfillment teams to set up and release retail, Tiktok, Amazon, wholesale and DTC shipments- Monitor backorders and inventory availability to ensure daily order fulfillment- Maintain operational trackers and reconcile shipment, order, and PO data
