About the Role: Lead Product Marketing and GTM strategy, managing cross-functional GTM processes, product positioning, and optimizing performance across the product lifecycle. Work closely with product, creative, and marketing leads to ensure products meet market needs, launch successfully, and are positioned for growth. What You’ll Do: Lead development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new launches; define milestones, timelines, and KPIs; define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions; conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market trend analysis; collaborate with creative/marketing to build compelling materials and storytelling; work with growth, creative, and product operations to maximize visibility and optimize the journey; leverage customer insights to refine development, messaging, and strategy; develop/manage post-launch performance reviews and identify enhancement opportunities. Who You Are: 7+ years in Product Marketing and/or GTM Operations (DTC or CPG); proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects from ideation to execution; track record of successful launches in fast-paced, consumer-driven settings; strong ability to leverage data, consumer insights, and market trends; exceptional communication and messaging skills; familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and project management software.
