About the Beam: Beam is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S. We’re seeking a high-impact, all-hands designer to support high-volume creative needs across retention, brand, packaging, retail, and marketplace channels. You’ll focus heavily on production-driven design and help grow Beam’s in-house Creative Team. What You’ll Do: Execute high-volume production design across retention, paid, retail, packaging, and marketplace; turn briefs into clean, on-brand creative quickly; keep marketing requests moving efficiently; apply brand guidelines/templates to keep output consistent; partner with marketing/creative leads to prioritize and hit timelines. Who You Are: 5+ years across digital and production design; strong technical knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.; familiar with test-and-learn creative frameworks; comfortable with tight deadlines/fast turnarounds; excellent organization, detail, and communication; calm, humble, able to reprioritize; high energy and initiative.
