About the Beam: Beam is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S. We’re seeking a high-impact, all-hands designer to support high-volume creative needs across retention, brand, packaging, retail, and marketplace channels. You’ll focus on production-driven design and play a pivotal role in growing Beam’s in-house Creative Team. What You’ll Do- Execute high-volume production design across retention, paid, retail, packaging, and marketplace channels.- Turn briefs into clean, on-brand creative quickly and accurately.- Keep marketing requests moving efficiently across channels.- Apply brand guidelines, templates, and systems to keep output consistent and efficient.- Partner with marketing and creative leads to prioritize work and hit timelines. Who You Are- 5+ years of experience across digital and production design.- Strong technical knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other design tools.- Familiar with test-and-learn creative frameworks; iterates to find winners.- Comfortable with tight deadlines and fast turnarounds; excellent organization and attention to detail.- Calm under pressure; willing to reprioritize on the fly; high energy and initiative.
