You’ll focus heavily on production-driven design and play a pivotal role in growing Beam’s in-house Creative Team.What You’ll Do- Execute high-volume production design across retention, paid, retail, packaging, and marketplace channels- Turn briefs into clean, on-brand creative quickly and accurately- Help keep marketing requests across Beam’s channels moving efficiently- Apply brand guidelines, templates, and systems to keep output consistent and efficient- Partner with marketing and creative leads to prioritize work and hit timelinesWho You Are- 5+ years of experience across digital and production design- Strong technical knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other design packages- Familiarity with a test and learn creative framework: continue looking to iterate and find the next new winner- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times- Excellent organization, attention to detail and communication skills- Keep a cool head, a “nothing is beneath me attitude” and be able to reprioritize on the fly- High energy, ability to consistently take initiative, and a healthy dose of hustleLocation & Benefits: Boston, MA or NYC (Hybrid 3x/week in-office)We offer:✔ Fully covered medical benefits + dependent contributions✔ Unlimited PTO✔ 401k with up to 4% match✔ “Work from Anywhere” bank✔ Wellness stipend for health & fitness✔ Commuter benefits
