About the Beam: Beam is a fast-growing wellness brand with innovative, science-backed, best-selling products. We’re seeking an Operations Analyst to optimize our supply chain and fulfillment operations and support day-to-day execution across purchasing, logistics, and order management. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance, owning core transactional workflows and follow-through across vendors, 3PLs, and retail partners. What You’ll Do: Create/manage purchase orders and vendor confirmations; book and coordinate freight shipments; partner with 3PL/fulfillment teams to set up and release retail, TikTok, Amazon, wholesale, and DTC shipments; monitor backorders and inventory for daily order fulfillment; maintain operational trackers and reconcile shipment, order, and PO data. Who You Are: 1–4 years experience (operations, supply chain, logistics, finance ops, or similar); extremely detail-oriented and process-driven; strong work ethic and comfort in fast-paced startups; high ownership and follow-through; able to manage multiple workflows; strong Excel/data analytics; clear communication; quick systems learner and open to direct feedback.
