About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who combines the analytical brain of a media buyer with the storytelling instincts of a copywriter. Reporting to our Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll architect the creative testing roadmap—analyzing why ads work or fail, hypothesizing new angles, and writing detailed briefs that empower design to produce winning assets for Meta and TikTok. What You Will Do: Translate data and goals into actionable creative briefs; support high-performing scripts, hooks, and headlines; partner with Paid Social Lead on the weekly testing agenda; design tests for variables (hooks, value props, overlays, CTAs); identify creative fatigue and prepare iterations; lead weekly Creative Review with metrics (TSR, hold, CTR, CVR); turn insights into briefs (e.g., fix CTAs); maintain a swipe file of competitor ads and trends. Who You Are: 2–4 years in creative strategy, copywriting, or performance marketing in DTC ecommerce or agency; comfortable analyzing spreadsheets and writing storyboards; understand selling psychology and frameworks (AIDA, PAS); platform-native across Reels/Stories/Feed; manage high volumes and keep fast feedback loops. Bonus: Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere); experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
