About Beam: Beam is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S. With a portfolio of innovative, best-selling products and a relentless focus on performance marketing, we’re hiring a Senior Manager of TikTok Shop to take our TikTok presence to the next level.The Role: High-impact, strategic opportunity to build Beam’s TikTok Shop ecosystem from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of TikTok, you’ll execute end-to-end strategy for TikTok Shop, integrated campaigns, and the creator partnership program.What You’ll Do- Build & Lead the Strategy: Define the TikTok Shop growth roadmap including resources, tools, partnerships to scale.- Drive TikTok Ads & Campaigns: Lead execution of Drive TikTok Ads and integrated shop campaigns focused on maximizing GMV (GMV Max) and high-performing web ads.- Scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program: Direct and oversee the affiliate strategy.- Define Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the influencer team; own all Shop-specific content and affiliate relationships.- Analyze & Optimize: Create frameworks to track ROI, optimize spend across GMV Max and affiliate initiatives, and provide insights to leadership.Who You Are- 5+ years in performance marketing or social commerce with deep TikTok Shop/ads specialization.- Experience managing agencies for high-volume affiliate and performance programs.- Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager (GMV Max), TikTok ads, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.- Strategic “builder” comfortable working with executive leadership to architect a new business unit.Location: Based in Austin, TX, NYC, or Boston (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).Why Beam: We create delicious, functional products that work (Dream sleep powder, Beam Greens, Beam Kids) loved by athletes, celebrities, and 1M+ customers.
