We’ve built a thriving DTC business, expanded into retail, and are scaling rapidly across new channels. We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing for consumer packaged goods (CPG) in the food and beverage industry, with a keen eye for both brand storytelling and technical precision. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand, marketing, and operations to bring our products to life on-shelf and online.What You’ll Do:- Create compelling, on-brand packaging for new and existing products across various formats and product skus- Maintain and evolve visual identity systems across packaging lines to ensure cohesive brand presentation- Prepare dielines, finalize artwork, and ensure all mechanicals meet printer specifications- Collaborate with the creative team to support projects across email, paid acquisition, and other brand channels.- Partner with marketing, R&D, and supply chain to ensure packaging meets functional, regulatory, and aesthetic needs- Stay up-to-date on design trends, sustainability innovations, and competitive packaging in the CPG landscape- Collaborate with print vendors to oversee proofing, color matching, and quality controlWhat You Are:- 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in CPG food or beverage packaging.- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and production workflows.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with 3D rendering tools a plus.- Excellent visual communication and typography skills.- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detailLocation & Benefits: Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)We offer:- Fully covered medical benefits + dependent contributions- Unlimited PTO- 401k with up to 4% match- “Work from Anywhere” bank- Wellness stipend for health & fitness- Commuter benefits
