We’ve built a thriving DTC business, expanded into retail, and are scaling across new channels. We’re seeking a talented, detail-oriented Packaging Designer with hands-on CPG (food/bev) experience who blends brand storytelling with technical precision. Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and operations to bring products to life on-shelf and online.What You’ll Do- Create on-brand packaging for new and existing products across formats/SKUs.- Maintain/evolve visual identity systems across packaging lines.- Prepare dielines, finalize artwork, ensure mechanicals meet printer specs.- Support creative projects across email, paid acquisition, and brand channels.- Partner with marketing, R&D, and supply chain for functional, regulatory, aesthetic needs.- Track design trends, sustainability innovations, and competitive packaging.- Collaborate with print vendors on proofing, color matching, and quality control.What You Are- 3–5 years professional design experience (preferably CPG food/beverage packaging).- Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, production workflows.- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; 3D rendering a plus.- Excellent visual communication/typography; strong organization and project management.Location & Benefits: Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
