Beam is seeking a talented Packaging Designer with experience in CPG (food & beverage) to collaborate with brand, marketing, and operations. Help bring products to life on-shelf and online with both storytelling and technical precision.What You’ll Do:- Create compelling, on-brand packaging for new/existing products across formats/SKUs- Maintain/evolve visual identity systems across packaging lines- Prepare dielines, finalize artwork, and ensure mechanicals meet printer specifications- Collaborate on projects across email, paid acquisition, and other brand channels- Partner with marketing, R&D, and supply chain to meet functional, regulatory, and aesthetic needs- Track design trends/sustainability; work with print vendors on proofing, color matching, and quality controlWhat You Are:- 3–5 years of professional design experience (preferably CPG food/beverage)- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and production workflows- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); 3D rendering tools a plus- Excellent visual communication and typography; strong organization and project managementLocation & Benefits: Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
