About the Role: Performance-minded, results-driven leader to drive customer growth via Influencer Marketing and Partnerships. Report to the Chief Growth Officer; develop, scale, and optimize programs for sustainable growth and brand impact.What You’ll Do:- Design and execute a comprehensive, profitable partnerships strategy- Lead teams across influencer/ambassador marketing, brand collaborations, and newsletter partnerships- Innovate/test new approaches to maximize efficiency and ROI- Identify, negotiate, and cultivate collaborations with influential partners- Oversee product collaborations and co-branded initiatives- Implement incentive structures; evaluate performance with marketing/analytics; expand newsletter publisher relationships; negotiate sponsorships and co-branded initiativesWho You Are:- 8+ years in Influencers & Partnerships with 3+ years in leadership- Proven growth via Instagram, YouTube, TikTok- Strong industry network; exceptional negotiation and strategic planning- Analytical with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; startup/high-growth experience a plusLocation & Benefits: Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
