About the Role: Seeking a performance-minded, results-driven Head of Influencers & Partnerships to drive customer growth and acquisition through innovative, profitable influencer marketing and partnerships. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll develop, scale, and optimize programs that deliver sustainable growth and brand impact. What You’ll Do: Design and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy focused on profitable revenue and customer acquisition; Lead a team across influencer/ambassador marketing, brand collaborations, and newsletter partnerships; Innovate and test to maximize efficiency and ROI; Identify, negotiate, and cultivate collaborations with influential partners; Oversee product collaborations and co-branded initiatives; Develop incentive structures to increase engagement/performance; Collaborate with marketing/analytics to evaluate performance and implement data-driven optimizations; Expand relationships with newsletter publishers; Negotiate/executive sponsorships and co-branded initiatives that drive acquisition. Who You Are: 8+ years in Influencer & Partnerships with 3+ years leadership; proven growth via influencer partnerships (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok); strong industry network; exceptional negotiation/relationship/strategic planning; analytical with actionable insights; excellent leadership/communication/organization; high-growth/startup experience a plus.
