Director of TikTok Shop Marketing (ultimate title dependent on experience). Location: NYC or Boston (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in-office). Own and scale Beam’s TikTok Shop program with full P&L responsibility—manage spend, revenue, and profitability while scaling one of the most dynamic commerce channels. Reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer. What You’ll Do: Own TikTok Shop P&L (revenue, margin, spend); Develop and scale strategy (goals, forecasts, playbook); Source/recruit/activate top creators and affiliates; Run paid amplification (spark ads, creator amplification, other TikTok ad formats); Optimize creatives/offers/creators/ads for profitable growth; Build reporting dashboards (GMV, ROAS, CAC, profit); Act as in-house TikTok Shop expert. TikTok Shop Live Strategy: Design and lead live roadmap; Experiment with formats/cadences/content; Own live performance KPIs (GMV per live, conversion, profitability); Scale live as a growth driver. Team Leadership: Build and lead a team (creators, campaign managers, live specialists); Develop playbooks for scale; Foster cross-functional collaboration. Who You Are: 5–6 years in growth/performance marketing or marketplace commerce (DTC/social commerce ideal); strong paid social scaling (Meta/TikTok) with profit focus; hands-on TikTok Shop/TikTok Ads/affiliate commerce experience; commercially minded with budget/deal/P&L experience; analytical and decisive; entrepreneurial operator; team builder and collaborative leader.
