About the Role: Set strategy and own execution for Beam’s marketplace business across Amazon, Target.com, and Walmart.com. Own the roadmap, P&L, and growth; maximize visibility, efficiency, and profitability; build a best-in-class marketplace function.What you’ll do:- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap across marketplaces- Own P&L (revenue growth, ACOS, CAC, AOV, ROAS, profitability)- Lead front-end (listings, content, SEO, ratings/reviews, merchandising, CX)- Oversee back-end (order flow, fulfillment, inventory, compliance, systems)- Build and scale paid media programs (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel)- Direct agency partners and mentor talent; analyze performance and brief leadershipWho You Are:- 8+ years in e-commerce/marketplaces with significant Amazon expertise- Proven P&L ownership and revenue scaling; media buying experience- Strong understanding of Seller/Vendor Central; team builder/leader- Advanced analytical/financial acumen; health & wellness or CPG a plusLocation & Benefits: Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
