About the Role: Lead strategy and execution for marketplaces (Amazon, Target.com, Walmart.com). Own the roadmap, P&L, and growth of Beam’s marketplace business—balancing strategy with hands-on execution. Partner with operations, creative, growth, and finance; lead agencies and internal talent to scale Beam’s presence across marketplaces. What you’ll do: Set marketplace vision/strategy/roadmap; Own P&L (revenue, ACOS, CAC, AOV, ROAS, profitability); Lead front-end strategy (listings, content, SEO, ratings/reviews, merchandising, CX); Oversee back-end ops (order flow, fulfillment, inventory, compliance, systems); Build and scale paid media (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel); Direct agency partners and mentor talent; Analyze performance across categories/channels/SKUs and advise execs; Be in-house expert on marketplace trends; Partner with creative/brand to create best-in-class experiences. Who You Are: 8+ years e-commerce/marketplaces with significant Amazon expertise; proven revenue scaling and P&L ownership; deep marketplace media buying experience; strong back-end ops understanding (Seller/Vendor Central or equivalents); team/agency leadership; advanced analytical/financial acumen; strong cross-functional leadership; health & wellness or CPG a plus.
