Location: NYC or Boston. Reports to: Marketing Leadership. Beam is hiring its first dedicated Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing (TikTok) to build our TikTok influencer program from the ground up. You’ll own our TikTok VIP program, source and scale creator partnerships, and turn TikTok into a key growth channel. What You’ll Do: Manage TikTok influencer growth strategy from sourcing to optimization; Own the TikTok VIP program with incentives and activations; Source and scale partnerships with top/mid/emerging creators to drive profitable acquisition; Drive measurable results—track ROI and optimize spend/GMV; Experiment with formats, content styles, and partnership models; Be the first mover and lay a foundation that can scale into a team. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years influencer marketing, 2+ focused on TikTok; proven track record scaling TikTok influencer programs with revenue and acquisition impact; deep creator/agency network; highly analytical and data-driven; creative and trend-savvy; entrepreneurial and scrappy; based in NYC or Boston and eager for a fast-paced startup.
