We’re looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to bring clarity, structure and efficiency to our fast-moving marketing organization. This role is equal parts strategist, operator, and connector—leading processes that turn big ideas into on-time, high-quality launches, aligning marketing, product, creative, and leadership. You’ll prioritize deliverables in Asana, manage creative timelines, and coordinate campaign creative and photoshoots. You’ll own the marketing calendar, manage cross-functional planning, and establish systems that keep the team focused on what matters most. What You’ll Do: Drive Operational Excellence • Build and manage Beam’s marketing operating system (processes, tools, deadlines, workflows). • Improve collaboration across creative, brand, growth, and product teams. • Identify and remove bottlenecks and drive accountability. Lead Cross-Functional Planning • Own the marketing and product launch calendar and resource allocation. • Partner with product, creative, and growth to develop integrated launch plans. • Facilitate leadership meetings and planning sessions. Creative Production • Partner to plan and execute all photoshoots. • Own photoshoot budget, vendor and location sourcing. • Prioritize all creative tasks in Asana tied to the marketing calendar. Champion Communication + Scaled, Repeatable Launches • Act as connective tissue between marketing and the broader company. • Create repeatable frameworks for campaign/product launches. • Build systems that make plans predictable, scalable, and measurable. • Partner with finance/analytics to measure impact and translate learnings. Who You Are: 7–10 years in marketing operations, project management, or integrated marketing (ideally high-growth consumer/DTC); success building scalable processes across marketing/product; deep understanding of creative/campaign lifecycles; exceptional communicator and organizer; strategic and tactical; calm under pressure and solutions-oriented.
