We’re looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to bring clarity, structure, and efficiency to our fast-moving marketing organization—transforming creativity and chaos into scalable impact. This role is equal parts strategist, operator, and connector. You’ll lead the process that turns big ideas into on-time, high-quality launches, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, creative, and company leadership. You’ll own the marketing calendar, manage cross-functional planning, and establish the systems that keep the entire team focused on what matters most.What You’ll Do- Drive Operational Excellence: Build and manage Beam’s marketing operating system; develop ways of working across creative, brand, growth, and product; identify and remove bottlenecks and drive accountability.- Lead Cross-Functional Planning: Own the marketing and product launch calendar; partner with product, creative, and growth on integrated launch plans; facilitate leadership meetings and planning.- Creative Production: Partner to plan and execute all photoshoots; own photoshoot budgets and vendor/location sourcing; prioritize creative tasks in Asana tied to the marketing calendar.- Champion Communication + Scaled Launches: Act as connective tissue between marketing and the broader company; create a repeatable launch framework; build systems for predictable, scalable, measurable plans; partner with finance/analytics on impact and profitability.Who You Are- 7–10 years in marketing operations, project management, or integrated marketing leadership (ideally high-growth consumer/DTC).- Proven success building scalable processes and systems; deep understanding of creative/campaign lifecycles; exceptional communicator/organizer; strategic and tactical; calm, solutions-oriented.Why Beam- Build the marketing infrastructure behind a fast-growing wellness brand; partner with senior leadership; influence go-to-market.Location & Benefits: Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
