About the role: Define, lead, and execute retail sales strategy, manage key retail partnerships, and build Beam’s retail strategy from the ground up. Bring the brand to shelves nationwide and drive growth in an emerging retail channel.What You'll Do:- Develop and lead national retail sales strategy across wholesale, specialty, and big box- Build/manage relationships with key retail accounts (e.g., Sprouts, Walmart)- Own the sales pipeline (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, post-launch growth)- Forecast, track, and report on sales performance and growth opportunities- Partner cross-functionally (marketing, finance, ops, product); build a scalable retail playbookWho You Are:- 8+ years in retail sales; 3–5 years owning national retail accounts in CPG/wellness/beauty or adjacent consumer industries- Strong buyer/broker/distributor relationships; analytical and data-driven- Excellent communicator and influencer; strategic and hands-onLocation & Benefits: Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
