About the role: Beam is looking for a Senior Director of Retail Sales to define, lead, and execute our retail sales strategy, manage key retail partnerships, and build our retail strategy from the ground up. You’ll bring our brand to shelves across the country and drive growth in Beam’s emerging retail channel. High-impact role for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is ready to roll up their sleeves. What You'll Do: Develop and lead national retail sales strategy across wholesale, specialty, and big box; Build and manage relationships with key retail accounts (e.g., Sprouts, Walmart); Own the sales pipeline from prospecting/pitching to negotiation, onboarding, and post-launch growth; Forecast, track, and report on sales performance and account health; Partner cross-functionally (marketing, finance, ops, product) to ensure strong sell-in/sell-through; Build the retail sales playbook with scalable processes, tools, and systems. Who You Are: 8+ years retail sales, 3–5 years owning national accounts in CPG/wellness/beauty or adjacent; early-stage/high-growth experience; strong buyer/broker/distributor network; analytical/data-driven (forecasts, P&Ls, targets); excellent communicator and relationship-builder; strategic and hands-on; passionate about consumer space.
