About the Role: In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our email and SMS marketing campaigns, with a focus on converting new leads and reactivating lapsed customers on our list. You’ll be deeply hands-on in Klaviyo and Attentive, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to drive results. Reporting to our VP of Lifecycle & Subscriber Growth, you’ll contribute to copy, concepts, and design for campaigns.What You’ll Do:- Plan, build, and optimize promotional email & SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive- Develop segmentation strategies and A/B tests to maximize engagement & conversion- Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, turning insights into action- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and product teams- Concept and write email/SMS copy aligned to brand voice and positioning- Design lightweight email graphics/templates in Figma and troubleshoot basic HTML/CSS; monitor deliverability, list health, compliance, and performance metricsWho You Are:- 3–5 years in email and retention marketing with hands-on Klaviyo and Attentive (or similar)- Strong grasp of HTML/CSS; Figma proficiency (basic–intermediate)- Analytical, detail-oriented, strong project management and communication skills- DTC/Shopify experience a plus; experience with reCharge or similar is a plusLocation & Benefits: Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
