About the Role: In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our email and SMS marketing campaigns, with a focus on converting new leads and reactivating lapsed customers on our list. You’ll be deeply hands-on in Klaviyo and Attentive, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to drive results. Reporting to our VP of Lifecycle & Subscriber Growth, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your strategic and creative muscles—contributing to copy, concepts, and design for campaigns. What You’ll Do: Plan, build, and optimize promotional email & SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive; Develop segmentation strategies and A/B tests to maximize engagement & conversion; Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, turning insights into action; Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and product teams to align messaging, timing, and promotional strategies; Concept and write email/SMS copy with an understanding of voice, tone, and brand positioning; Design lightweight email graphics or templates in Figma and troubleshoot basic HTML/CSS for email formatting; Monitor deliverability, list health, compliance, and performance metrics. Who You Are: 3–5 years of experience in email and retention marketing (Klaviyo and Attentive or comparable), strong HTML/CSS for email, basic-to-intermediate Figma, analytical mindset, strong project management, excellent communicator/collaborator, DTC/Shopify experience a plus.
