Location: We are a remote-first company. This role can be based anywhere in the US.

The Opportunity

Mosaic is looking for an Analyst to join a Consumer Lending Servicing Group. The group is tasked with providing world class service to Mosaic Solar and Home Improvement customers and investors. This position is responsible for generating insights through our in-house data as well as building and maintaining reporting that supports the groups overall operational health.

This person is ultimately responsible for all analysis needed to identify opportunities, inform solution design as well as for creating reporting that supports the team’s day-to-day operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analyses of portfolio performance and borrower behavior to produce insights and recommendations on various strategies to drive better outcomes and customer experience
  • Support design and execution of these strategies to enable ease of data capture from the process and A/B testing of competing strategies
  • Create data and reporting workflows to aid in the overall operational efficiency of the Servicing & Collections teams
  • Build and maintaining operational reporting to monitor the effectiveness of Servicing & Collections team activities
  • Serve as the resident expert on Servicing & Collections data for teams across Mosaic (Eg. Finance) to ensure consistent and accurate reporting on Servicing & Collections activities
  • Automate processes through reporting and data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with Risk Analytics to construct modeling to enable predictive strategies and tactics
  • Communicate analytical findings to multiple and varied audiences and advocate strategies to address business problems
  • Leverage analytics to market Mosaic’s servicing and collections capabilities to potential clients and lending partners

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL and Redshift (Experience with Snowflake a plus)
  • Experience in Consumer Finance
  • Demonstrated ability to understand underlying business processes that generate data being analyzed
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment, and comfort with digging into data structures that are continuously evolving
  • FinTech experience a plus
  • Solar or Home Improvement lending industry experience a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google suite, Periscope, Tableau

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. The position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
