The Opportunity

The Growth Associate will be instrumental in the success of the Sales and Marketing teams at Lynx. This role encompasses sales and marketing support and operations, analytics, administration, and other special projects within the commercial organizations.

Job Responsibilities

1) Sales Support and Operations

  • Support Chief Growth Officer and VP of Sales with ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Assist with opportunity specific activities such as meeting scheduling, follow up, capturing meeting notes, presentation creation, pricing, contracting support, and more.
  • Support sales operations including CRM maintenance, pipeline analysis, reporting, forecasting, and more.
  • Plan and attend client onsite meetings

2) Marketing Support and Operations

  • Work closely with marketing partners to oversee the success of various marketing projects including press releases, LinkedIn posts, website updates and maintenance, and more.
  • Support the planning and execution of in-person conferences, events, and trade shows.

3) Assist with other special projects related to the growth organization at Lynx!

Qualifications and Experience

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 2-3 year’s experience in a technology sales or marketing role preferably (even better if at a B2B SaaS within the healthcare or fintech industry)
  • General healthcare and fintech industry knowledge
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Superb verbal and written skills with the ability to produce and present compelling presentations for internal and external use
  • An interest in working in a sales and marketing organization within a fast-paced startup environment
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, liberal arts or a related field
