What about the role?
Hedvig is looking for a CRM & Content Specialist to join our Growth Team. You will be crafting the messaging that reaches new and existing Hedvig members across digital touch-points on hedvig.com and in our customer lifecycle.
Your responsibility will be to grow our organic web traffic as well as engage members via our CRM channels. You will scale Hedvig’s content production and build user journeys across email, SMS, push and web. More specific, you’ll be delivering new content pieces from an idea to a final landing page or outgoing email.

What will you do?
- Your key responsibility is crafting content and user journeys that drive traffic and sales across email, SMS, push and web
- You will, independently and together with the team, write and implement content in our CMS for web and CRM for email
- Plan, execute and follow up on SEO strategies (on- and off-page), together with our SEO Specialist
- Develop and improve content, campaigns and automations across CRM, together with our CRM Manager
- Work alongside designers and analysts to get imagery and video that enhances our content and carries out our CRO strategies
- Quality assurance of content in different platforms and act on issues that needs to be resolved
What about you?
- You are a great communicator and a good writer
- You’re a data driven storyteller and knows how to craft appealing content that balance sales and user experience across digital platforms
- You have been working in a CRM and email system before
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- A technical interest and experience of using various analytic tools will help you succeed in this role
- Experience in building dynamic templates using Liquid is considered a plus
- You have a strong interest in understanding people and transform those insights into engaging content that drives traffic and sales
- You have experienced how structure in your work has helped you succeed
- Writing in Swedish, and good enough English, is a requirement
