About the role

As an UX Designer at Hedvig you will be designing, maintaining and developing all of our digital products across Web, iOS and Android. You will act in space between design, research and engineering to make sure our products sustain the highest quality, both in terms of how they feel and function.

• You will be part of our product team, working closely with product managers, developers as well as our designers to create great design experiences

• You will will work on maintaining and improving our existing member experience

• Your tasks will include wireframing, prototyping, user testing and analyzing both new and existing flows or features

• You will be part of projects all the way from problem definition to design implementation

About you

• You demonstrate a creative integrity and can independently make judgement calls

• You thrive in a culture where ownership and freedom is key

• You have a social, cultural and visual intelligence

• You understand Hedvig’s design aesthetic and the relevance of creating good design both online and offline

• You demonstrate a solid background of designing human-centric digital experiences

• You are fluent in Figma

• You have previous experience from working with developers

• You can showcase an established portfolio of elevated design concepts demonstrating your expertise within UX design

• Minimum of 3 years of UX Design experience
