We are looking for Swedish speaking Part-time Claims Adjusters to join us in continuing to redefine what outstanding claims handling entails.

You are expected to work at least 8 hours/week during evenings (about 16:00-21:00) Monday-Sunday and daytime (from 10:00) Saturday-Sunday. At your availability you are also welcome to work daytime (from 8:00) Monday-Friday.

What about the role?

How often does someone contact their insurance company after an incident and end up with a smile on their face? That is precisely the goal and essence of this role. As an Insurance Experience Specialist in claims adjusting, you are the heart of Hedvig's business helping our members to recover from loss on a daily basis. Your primary mission will be to handle Home Insurance claims and adjust everything from theft to installation to sickness abroad.

This position is based at our office in Stockholm and therefore you are expected to be positioned in Stockholm. There is an opportunity for hybrid work.

What about you?

Most likely, you are studying to become a claims adjuster or insurance advisor, for example the course “Försäkringsrådgivare / Skadereglerare/ Riskbedömare” at Företagsekonomiska Institutet (FEI). Alternatively you have some experience in claims handling or as a claims advisor and feel confident in reading and making informed decisions based on our insurance terms.
