Partnership Specialist

What about the role?

As we’ve set out to expand Hedvig’s insurance products to more and more people, we need someone to join our commercial team as Partnership Specialist to accelerate this expansion even more. It's a very important job. Are you interested in reinventing insurance in Sweden, and establishing and maintaining contemporary partnership models with cool companies within different industries? As a Partnership Specialist you will be involved in our partnership operation from A to Z, and you will play an important role in the daily collaboration with key stakeholders across our organization. You will design, negotiate, and launch partnerships, and you will continuously initiate appropriate actions to ensure the highest level of partnership quality and performance.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Identify potential partnership candidates in the Swedish market, e.g., candidates within the automotive industry
  • Own partner accounts and manage the full life cycle from initial contact, to dealmaking, to daily operational maintenance
  • Continually identify ways to improve results and partner engagement
  • Facilitate partner status and planning meetings
  • Challenge and support our partners to deliver a superior customer experience using our services
  • Monitor KPIs and initiate actions accordingly to achieve set targets
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across our organization

What about you?
If you share our vision and believe that the insurance experience needs to be reinvented, as well as you are not afraid of competing with giants, we believe you have the following:

  • A strong commercial mindset
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent social skills
  • Experience with cross-functional work
  • 3+ years’ experience from a commercial role
  • Comfortable taking initiatives and keep focus in a face-paced work environment
  • Experience of working within the automotive industry is a bonus
  • Experience of working within the P&C insurance market is a bonus
