What is a Hedvig referral program?

The referral program is an opportunity for you to look into your professional network and see if you find someone that you would like to recommend to Hedvig.

*Our Referral Program is currently valid for the Data Engineer role.

*Referrals that lead to employment gives you 20 000 SEK (gross) as a reward🎉 10 000 SEK upon the date of employment and the rest upon successful completion of probation period.

How do I give a referral?

• Talk to the candidate that you have in mind. Tell them about Hedvig, why they should join the only loved insurance company in Sweden (in the world?)

• Use our referral registration form to submit your candidate.
