We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on a range of operational tasks, including order mgt, shipping and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience with B2C order handling, some experience in the jewelry industry.

Responsibilities

  • Shipping and Logistics Management: Process all international orders through FedEx, manage communications with FedEx, and resolve all delayed shipment issues to ensure efficient handling of products.
  • Order Processing Management: Process standard sales orders, communicate with third-party logistics (3PL) vendors, and manage transfer orders.
  • Claims Handling: Handle all insurance claims communications regarding lost packages and report resolution.
  • Retail Operations: Address showroom inventory inquiries, conduct showroom cycle counts, and manage transfer orders and replenishment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years is required. Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite is a plus, and proficiency in FedEx and Shipstation shipping processes.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Must demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Some knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and inventory management
  • Excellent communication skills and must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A strategic and creative thinker, who is a self-starter, able to adapt and execute quickly, delivering quality solutions.
