Diamond Foundry is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our fast-growing team. In this role, the Sr Accountant will help build out processes of our expanding and global Finance team. The role will have exposure to various aspects of accounting, from general to intercompany. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills, be a great problem solver, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibilities include assisting in month-end closing and ensuring that each entity's financials are accurate and in compliance with US and Local GAAP.
  • Participate in developing and maintaining policies and procedures for intercompany accounting activities, providing oversight, governance, and reconciliation.
  • Own end-to-end processing of global intercompany transactions and account activity, assisting with ensuring proper elimination and presentation of consolidated financial statements.
  • Assist with reviewing transactions and processes, including compliance with intercompany transfer pricing agreements and more.

Requirements:

  • Must have 5 + years in accounting or finance plus a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Experience with Multi-entity accounting, IFRS, and Intercompany Accounting
  • Advanced in both Excel and Gsuite formulas. (Pivot Tables, VLookup’s). Netsuite One World is a plus
  • Comfortable with changing and dynamic environments, with a strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills with a high attention to detail.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:

-This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
-Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs
-Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls
-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
