Join Diamond Foundry as our Office Manager, where you will be the main point of contact and own the daily operations of our office. In this critical role, you will be an ambassador for our team members, candidates, partners, and guests, ensuring our workplace is functional, efficient, and organized while maintaining our company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all office-related matters, including greeting guests, managing vendors, calendars, and supplies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment by coordinating events and engaging with the community.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities in collaboration with Corporate People Operations.
  • Support travel requests, catering, security, and other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Higher professional training studies in Administration, Management Assistance, or a similar branch, or university studies consistent with this field.
  • Minimum three years of experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with a minimum English Level B2.
  • A resourceful, creative, self-managed, and dynamic individual with keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks under competitive deadlines.
  • Experience with event coordination/management and supplier relationships.
