You will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of goods while maintaining accurate inventory levels. You will supervise and support warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations. Additionally, you will monitor warehouse performance, prepare operational and inventory reports, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. You will work closely with the Warehouse Administrator to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the effective management of warehouse activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage/Supervise daily warehouse operations
- Manage and lead warehouse staff
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels
- Ensure timely receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Enforce safety procedures while applying Lean principles to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Technical Education or a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, and procurement, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with experience managing inventory, and warehouse operations.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare accurate reports and evaluate inventory and operational performance.
