Day-to-Day Activities
Develop and implement targeted outbound campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn Messenger
Lead a high-performing team of business development representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify key market segments, customer personas, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Maintain accurate records and reporting of all business development activities, including pipeline status, lead generation metrics, and campaign performance.
Drive pipeline growth through innovative marketing programs, lead-generation campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for pipeline growth and market expansion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry influencers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in demand generation and business development strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, partnerships sales, product development, and finance, to align goals, priorities, and strategies for overall business success.
Requirements & Desired Skills
10+ years of business development-related experience with ownership and accountability for creating opportunities for sales and go-to-market teams.
Experience managing and growing a team.
Working knowledge of warehouse automation, logistics, and / or robotics (preferred).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Base pay is one element of our Total Rewards package which may also include comprehensive benefits and equity etc., depending on eligibility. The annual base salary range for this position is from $205,000 to $240,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as years of relevant experience, skills, education etc. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
