We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to help with day-to-day desktop/laptop/mobile support issues and infrastructure tools administration. In addition to the daily tasks of keeping the users and infrastructure running, you will assist with the larger IT tasks of keeping the organization running by building tools and automation.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Resolve user device issues
Manage IT asset inventory
Provision new accounts and grant/revoke access/licenses
Contribute to knowledge base documentation
Maintain Server and Laptop System Images
Support Office Networking and VPN connections
Manage Directory Services (Active Directory, FreeIPA)
Required Skills:
3-5 years experience supporting a multi-platform environment: Windows, MacOS, Linux.
Scripting: Bash, Python, Powershell,
Experience supporting Google Workspace, Slack, Okta and Atlassian products.
Management of mobile devices and services.
Excellent soft skills
Additional Information:
Capable of carrying and installing servers (upwards of 50-75 lbs).
Some physical bending might be required for installations, wiring, and getting into tight spaces for electrical/data connection setup.
Off-hour work (after hours, weekend) may be required on occasion.
Base pay is one element of our Total Rewards package which may also include comprehensive benefits and equity etc., depending on eligibility. The annual base salary range for this position is from $85,000 to $110,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as years of relevant experience, skills, education etc. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
