About the Role:
As an Inventory supervisor, you will oversee the inventory level of all production components in house and Field Service Hubs. You will lead a team of inventory and warehouse employees to receive and record new stock as it's delivered and shipped out. Their duties include recording daily deliveries, transactions, kit preparation for assembly and field service support.
You will be responsible for preparing the deployment material and packaging. You will be responsible for managing ERP transactions, inventory cycle count and Physical Inventory count.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Manage a small warehouse team.
Create procedures for recording transactions.
Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
Manage inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording the location of inventory.
Track supply levels and regularly submit purchasing recommendations.
Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Kit and prepare orders for assemblies and shipments.
Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
Maintain inventory storage area clean and organized.
Managed Spare parts requests.
Support Field Service schedule.
Support Deployment team.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
3+ years warehouse working experience.
Must be physically able to perform heavy manual labor up to 40 lbs.
Team player and a “can-do” attitude.
Exceptional organizational, verbal, written and time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem solver and initiator.
Willingness to take on projects and tasks outside daily responsibilities.
Experience with inventory management and ERP systems ( NetSuite a plus).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Loud work environment with temperature change due to seasons.
Ability to lift 30lbs or heavier with assistance.
Ability to be on feet and walking around warehouse for a big part of the day.
