Job Description
A bit about this role:
We’re looking for an exceptional leader to design and scale innovative solutions for our medication adherence program. We set lofty goals here at Devoted – to achieve 5 Stars on all three triple-weighted medication adherence measures every year - and are seeking someone eager to take this challenge head-on.
In this role, you'll lead the strategic and operational aspects of our high-caliber Pharmacy Guide team. You'll focus on program design and execution, optimizing workflows, solving clinical challenges with pharmacist partners, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance and improve health outcomes for our members.

Responsibilities and Impact will include:
Co-ownership of Devoted’s performance against all three medication adherence measures
Ownership of the operational strategy and roadmap for Devoted’s MAGII function
Working with senior-level stakeholders and clinical leaders across Devoted Medical and Devoted Health Plan to develop, implement, and execute successful medication adherence initiatives
Establishing the goals, metrics, and ongoing strategy to support a successful high-volume inbound and outbound call center team focused on ensuring members remain adherent to maintenance medication therapies
Managing a team consisting of managers and pharmacy technicians in multiple time zones spanning Florida to Hawaii
Developing a member-obsessed, excellence-focused, culture within a rapidly growing team
Load balancing continued clinical operations, pilot programs, and health plan initiatives
Establishing compensation plans and incentive programs to align productivity with potential earnings
Budgeting and forecasting for team growth and efficiency planning
Executing a performance management framework that enables sustainable and efficient operations
Reporting on your metrics and initiatives to senior leadership on a weekly basis
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 10 years of leadership experience with a track record of delivering measurable results
Outstanding people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a large and growing team
Strong analytical skills - you’ve set, monitored, and revised ambitious targets
Experience driving end-to-end initiatives (i.e. workflows, scorecards, training, oversight) that directly impact a team or function’s ability to perform
Strong operational skills with the ability to understand complexity and turn it into clear and repeatable business processes
Experience effectively influencing key decision-makers to drive outcomes and championing your work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
Clinical expertise - MHA, MPH, or PharmD preferred
Salary: $165,000 - $254,000 / annually
Our ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
