Job Description

A bit about this role:

Our Provider Operations team is responsible for managing Devoted’s provider data and for streamlining our operations with providers across markets. We are building operational processes and data infrastructure that allows us to deliver on our mission to serve as true partners to our providers, achieve industry-leading provider satisfaction, and reduce administrative complexity for providers. We are looking for a creative and analytical thinker who is eager to work in partnership with our product and engineering teams to improve our tools and processes and help us scale.

Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:

  • Working with our Network team to maintain the accuracy of provider data that affects payments

  • Reviewing, updating, and configuring the risk payment parameters in provider contracts

  • Reviewing, updating, and configuring capitation payments in provider contracts

  • Providing quality assurance for payment calculations

  • Assisting with other Provider Operations functions

Required skills and experience:

  • 2-5 years experience in finance or operations

  • Ability to work in a startup, fast paced environment

  • Track record of success becoming an expert with a tool or system that was unfamiliar to you

  • Self-starter and team player who can build relationships with a wide range of partners and approaches challenges with a can-do attitude; you’re self-reflective

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, analytical mindset


Desired skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets - SQL a plus

  • Healthcare experience a plus, particularly if you have experience at a payer or working with provider data or contracts

Salary Range: $57,000 - $120,000 / year
