Sr. Director of Product Management - Technology

We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management-Technology to lead enterprise technology products, with a strong emphasis on CRM systems, internal platform development, and strategic vendor solutions. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution and close collaboration with engineering teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across core platforms, including CRM and automation solutions.
- Lead product discovery and delivery in close partnership with engineering, UX, data, and business.
- Collaborate with the CIO and technology leadership on build vs. buy assessments, platform modernization, and architectural decisions.
- Drive the application of AI and automation to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and prioritized backlogs.
- Provide strong product leadership throughout the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and optimization.
- Manage and optimize vendor-provided products, ensuring alignment with technical standards, security, and business outcomes.
- Establish and track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization.
- Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders.
- Champion customer-centric decision-making across all product initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record in internal and external product oversight.
- Strong technical background working with engineering teams and modern SDLC practices.
- Experience leading CRM or customer-facing platforms in complex organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and platform integration.
- Strong project management and delivery execution skills.
- Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Base Salary/ Wage Range $170,000 to $185,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
