Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about teaching others by delivering educational support for Providers across ConcertoCare. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and Implementations, with a dotted line to the Associate Chief Medical Officers (aCMOs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead role-based training using a blended learning approach for new and existing Providers in 1:1 and group settings. This will include in-person and remote training. This will include training groups of Providers during new implementations, as well as individual Providers who are joining the company on a continuous basis.
  • Partner with the Learning Experience Designer to refine existing and develop new training materials to support Providers.
  • Maintain and improve onboarding plans for these roles through continuous feedback and guidance from aCMOs and Medical Directors.
  • Learn company-wide technologies and support in the training material development and direct training to support Providers.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned with the brand and company mission.
  • Support Medical Directors across the organization to ensure module-based training is completed on time.
  • Provide additional mentorship and support outside of onboarding for Providers requiring additional support or remediation.
  • In rare situations, provide virtual or in-person clinical coverage in existing markets where there are clinical coverage gaps.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with graduation from an accredited health professions school and active national board certification.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a healthcare-related field required including experience in clinical education and training.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and teaching others to leverage the technology platforms optimally.
  • Prior training role in a health system, health plan, or educational institution is a plus.
  • Believes in a growth mindset and is comfortable managing ambiguity in a startup space.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to provide face-to-face education and support or provide patient care
  • Ability and means to travel as needed in a timely manner to locations that may have limited access to public transportation; proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Licensed for a minimum of 5 years. No vehicle-related suspensions/reinstatements, DUI, reckless driving, or felony convictions within the last 7 years. Multiple violations and accidents within the last 5 years would be subject to review.

Base Salary/ Wage Range $120,000 to $135,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
