Reporting to the VP, Strategic Operations, this role is responsible for supporting key operational processes and infrastructure across the organization, including management and optimization of steady state workflows and the development of new processes to support business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage centralized processes to support market needs (e.g., patient churn, patient satisfaction, grievances, external vendor/contract management)
• Develop and manage strategic operations project plans that track activities, processes and workflows
• Extract and analyze data to identify operational process improvement opportunities
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders across the organization to investigate issues and solve problems
• Support the market teams in executing workflow changes to successfully align with overall organization key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with market care teams to share opportunities for improvement and to develop new workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years’ experience working in healthcare related field required. Healthcare consulting, health plan, and/or practice operations experience preferred
• Strongly proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and communication skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
• Project management capabilities
• Enjoys problem solving while working with others across various teams
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Energized by new challenges and continuous opportunities to learn
• Willingness to travel to learn from our markets up to 10%
